30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them
• Unworn / unused, free from pet hair or odours
• With tags attached
• In original packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used or worn dog clothing
  
• Used dog beds
  
• Personalised or customised items
  
• Gift cards
  
• Sale or clearance items (optional — you can allow these if you prefer)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?
The quickest method is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
