REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

30-day returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn and unused, free from pet hair or odours
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email info@barklabel.com. We'll confirm the return
address and send instructions. Items sent back without requesting a
return first cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective
or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or worn dog clothing
- Used dog beds
- Personalised or customised items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, ask us before sending it back.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right
to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without
justification. Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in
original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to return the
original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know
whether it's approved. If it is, you'll be refunded to your original
payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may
take a few days more to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your
return, email info@barklabel.com.
