SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship from Naas, Co. Kildare to Ireland, the UK, Europe and worldwide.

Shipping rates
Ireland — €5.95
Rest of world (UK, Europe, international) — €17.00
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at
weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery estimates (from dispatch, via An Post)
Ireland — 3–5 working days
Europe — 3–7 working days
Rest of world — 7–14 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during
busy periods or due to customs. In line with EU consumer law, your
order will be delivered within 30 days of purchase at the latest.

Customs and import charges
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes on
arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the
customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the estimated
delivery window, email info@barklabel.com with your order number and
we'll chase it with An Post.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be
responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, but
tell us straight away and we'll do what we can.
